Dr.Mukund Phutane is a Consultant interventional cardiologist. He has completed his DM Cardiology from prestigious Seth G.S Medical College & King Edward Menorial Hospital Mumbai. Being teaching faculty at his alma mater ,he has worked as assistant professor at Grant Medical College & Sir J.J.Group of Hospital ,Mumbai. He has experience of mentoring budding interventional cardiologists .He has to his credid published work in national & international journals.

Dr.Mukund Phutane has vast experience in diagnostic procedure like 2D echocardiography ,pediatric,fetal echocardiography & dobutamine stress echocardiography ,as also in the newer imaging modalities like strain echo & 3D echocardiography,he is deft in interventional cardiac procedure like coronary angiography ,baloon mitral valvotomy ,pediatric & adult structural intervention.

He has special interest in complex coronary intervention.
